Does service credit expire?
No. Purchased service credit does not expire and remains in your account until it is used.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, and only for packs from which no service credit has been consumed. By consuming any service credit from a pack, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to a refund (including any statutory right of withdrawal) for that pack. When is a generation billed?
A generation is billed once your request has been accepted by the upstream AI service — even if it later fails because it violates the model’s content policy, is interrupted, or times out. A request that fails before submission, or that the upstream service clearly did not accept (for example, a 404 route error or a 429 rate limit), is not billed.
Do BYOK or local models use DreamOddly service credit?
No. Generations run with your own API key (BYOK) or on a local model do not draw from your DreamOddly service-credit balance.
