Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until they are used.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, and only for packs from which no credits have been consumed. By consuming any credits from a pack, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to a refund (including any statutory right of withdrawal) for that pack. Do BYOK or local models use DreamOddly credits?
No. Generations run with your own API key (BYOK) or on a local model do not draw from your DreamOddly credit balance.
