1. Fourteen-day request period
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your Creem receipt. A pack with no service credit consumed is eligible for a full refund. The refund is returned through Creem to the original payment method.
2. Unused packs only
A refund is available only for a pack purchased within the last 14 calendar days and from which no service credit has been consumed. Once any service credit from a pack has been used, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund.
If your account holds more than one pack, service credit is consumed from the oldest pack first. A newly purchased pack therefore remains untouched until your older packs are used up, and its refund eligibility is preserved.
As a general rule, we do not deduct the payment-processing fees we incur in issuing a refund from the refund amount. This does not apply, however, where we determine the request to be abusive.
3. Accepted generation calls
Service credit consumed by a generation call that the upstream AI service accepted is treated as used and is not refunded, including where that call later fails because it violates the upstream model’s content policy, is interrupted during generation, or times out. A call that the upstream service clearly did not accept — for example, because the route does not exist (HTTP 404) or the request was rate-limited (HTTP 429) — is not billed in the first place, so no refund is needed for it. This rule operates within the pack-level terms in Section 2: it does not extend refund eligibility to a pack from which any service credit has been consumed, and once a pack is no longer unused, an individual failed generation from that pack does not create a separate refund right.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within the 14-day period. Include your DreamOddly username, the email used at checkout, and the Creem order or receipt number. We aim to respond within three business days. If approved, the refunded pack’s service credit is removed and Creem sends the refund to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider.
5. Abuse and payment disputes
We may deny or restrict a request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, a false claim, repeated purchase-use-refund activity intended to avoid payment, manipulation of the service-credit ledger, or misuse of chargebacks. We may suspend associated accounts while investigating. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or any remedy required by law.
6. Statutory rights
This Policy is in addition to any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply to you. Where those rights provide greater protection, they prevail.
