Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of DreamOddly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use DreamOddly for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Acceptable use

Use DreamOddly lawfully and with respect for the rights and safety of others. In particular, you may not use the service to:

If you upload or use material depicting an identifiable real person, including their likeness or voice, you must hold all necessary rights and permissions and complete any in-product likeness-rights confirmation truthfully.

  • create, upload, or distribute unlawful content or material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;
  • create abusive deepfakes, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation intended to deceive, fraud, harassment, threats, or defamation;
  • exploit or endanger minors, promote violence or self-harm, or facilitate illegal activity;
  • circumvent safeguards, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account without permission.

3. Your content and AI-generated output

You retain your rights in the prompts, images, audio, video, and other material you submit (your “Input”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, and process Input solely to operate, secure, and support the service and to produce the output you request.

As between you and DreamOddly, you own the films and other output you create, to the extent ownership is recognized by applicable law. Output may be subject to the terms and usage restrictions of the upstream AI model provider you select. AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar material. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring that your use of it is lawful.

Seedance, Seedream, Veo, Kling, and other AI model names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. DreamOddly is an independent product with no affiliation to, sponsorship from, or endorsement by these providers. Depending on the model you select, your content may be transmitted to the corresponding provider for processing, and that processing is governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

4. Credits and payment

DreamOddly credits are prepaid units used for hosted generation. Credit cost depends on the selected model and generation type, and an estimate is shown before you confirm a generation. Purchased credits do not expire. BYOK and local-model runs do not consume DreamOddly credits.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; Creem handles payment details, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment-method refunds. Your purchase may also be subject to Creem’s checkout terms. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Service changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, integrations, or limits to keep the service secure, lawful, and useful. When practical, we will give reasonable notice of a material change that adversely affects paid use. Current credit estimates are always shown before generation.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using DreamOddly or delete your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, legal or safety risk, fraud, non-payment, or material harm to the service or others. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Any refund for an unused balance is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

DreamOddly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI systems are probabilistic: output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that output will be lawful in every context. You must review the result before publishing or relying on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamOddly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for DreamOddly during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising from these Terms or the service. If mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you rights or access to another court that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above; material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel before they take effect when required.
