1. Balance and charges
Every generation is charged from your balance at the model’s listed price, shown upfront in the model picker. Balance is checked before a job starts, and failed generations are refunded under the platform’s rules. The billing page lists every charge and credit.
2. Topping up
The billing page offers $5 / $20 / $50 packs, paid through a secure third-party checkout and credited instantly. Topped-up balance never expires.
3. The first top-up bonus
After your first top-up and one successful generation, the system automatically grants $5 in bonus credits. Three things to know:
- Bonus credits apply only to script and image generation (not video);
- They are valid for 30 days after they arrive; any unused remainder then expires;
- One bonus per account; non-withdrawable and non-transferable.
Once granted, the billing page shows the bonus balance and its expiry date separately. Spending draws from the bonus first, so your paid balance is untouched until the bonus is used up.
4. Spending it well
Use the bonus to polish your script and storyboard images until they’re right, and save your paid balance for the more expensive high-quality generations — that’s the most economical path.
